Mrs. Kelly Jackson
Instructor in Science, Mathematics, and Engineering (grades 6-12)
Kelly Jackson was born and raised in New Jersey where she attended Catholic school through high school. Drawn to a warmer climate with the ability to study engineering, she got her bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering at Georgia Tech. Kelly spent 10 years as a structural engineer, consulting on some large scale projects including baseball stadiums, performing arts centers, and office buildings. After welcoming her first child, she made the difficult decision to leave her first career and pursue a career in education. A lifetime lover of learning, Kelly enjoys helping shape students’ educational future in mathematics and engineering.
